Information we receive
When you submit a quotation form or contact us by online chat, email or Telegram, you may provide your name, contact details, country, customer type, company, product interests, quantities and project requirements. The website may also record the first page visited, referring page and campaign parameters, so we can understand which website content led to the inquiry. When you select a tracked email contact button, we also record the brand, click page, landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, approximate visitor country and a random click reference. We do not collect your email address from that click.
When you click a website Telegram private-contact or group button, we record the brand, selected destination, click page, landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, approximate country and a random reference in Cloudflare D1, and send our team a click notification. We do not obtain your Telegram username, group membership or message content from that click. A click is not proof that a message was sent or that you joined the group. To limit repeat notifications, we temporarily use a keyed hash derived from the connecting IP and browser user agent; the raw IP and user agent are not stored in Telegram click records.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate documentation, support orders or service projects, and evaluate which website pages contribute to relevant inquiries. An email-link click only indicates that an email application may have opened. It is not proof that an email was composed or sent, and it is not counted as a received inquiry.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare Workers and stored in Cloudflare D1. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Telegram, email providers, analytical laboratories and logistics providers operate under their own privacy terms. Email-link click records are also stored in Cloudflare D1 without the visitor's email address or message content. We do not request payment-card credentials through this website.
Online chat is provided by SaleSmartly. The chat widget connects your browser to SaleSmartly when it loads. Chat messages and any contact details you submit are handled through SaleSmartly so our team can respond, under the provider's own privacy terms.
Telegram contact and group links open an external service. Messages you post in a group may be visible to other members; use a private conversation for order details or personal information.
