Carton dimensions for the 3 + 10 mL and 10 + 10 mL combinations are confirmed separately. Do not reuse the 3 + 3 mL carton size for those formats.

What makes up a complete vial packaging set?+
The usual set has an outer paper carton, a fitted tray and a vial label. A holographic carton seal is optional. Confirm the selected format, included components and optional items in your written quotation.
Can different products be combined to reach a lower price?+
No. Quantities are calculated separately for each product specification, not across the total order. Five specifications with 20 sets each do not qualify for the 100-set-per-specification price. If you have many specifications and a small total quantity, contact us about a common brand design that may help reduce costs.
Are these dimensions suitable for every 3 mL or 10 mL vial?+
These are reference dimensions for the illustrated formats, not universal sizes. We need to check the actual vial diameter, total capped height and label area before confirming fit. Tray measurements, finished carton dimensions and label dimensions describe different parts.
Do you provide design support?+
Yes. We provide free design support for this packaging project using your brand materials and requirements. Print artwork uses confirmed CMYK values. Both sides check and approve the design before formal production.
How long does design and production take?+
The complete design and production cycle normally takes 3–7 business days. This is the combined cycle, not an additional 3–7 days of production after design approval, and it is not a shipping or arrival-time promise.
Can I change the vial cap color?+
Yes. Tell us your preferred color and vial format so we can confirm the cap option and fit for your order. Custom vial caps can also be discussed separately.
Can you store my custom vial caps for later orders?+
Yes. We can store your custom vial caps in our warehouse and use them for subsequent orders when requested. Contact us to agree the cap specification, quantity and storage arrangements.
