A GUIDE FOR RESELLERS
Peptide pens.
Understand the dual-chamber format.
Looking for a Retatrutide pen, a GLOW peptide pen or a pre-filled research pen? Start with what is inside: freeze-dried peptide and diluent, kept apart in one cartridge until activation.
Filled research products from Yili Peptide. Pens and needles are ordered separately.

POWDER AND LIQUID, KEPT APART
One cartridge.
Two separate chambers.
One chamber holds the lyophilized peptide. The other holds 1.8 mL of diluent. An internal stopper separates them during storage; the matched system brings them together inside the cartridge when activated.
That is why a dual-chamber product can also be called a pre-filled research pen: it is already loaded, but the peptide does not have to be stored as a premixed solution.
4 mL describes the nominal cartridge size, not 4 mL of water or a dose. The internal arrangement is a container-design principle, as illustrated by SCHOTT Pharma; it does not identify the manufacturer of the examples shown here.

THE MATCHED COMPONENTS
The cartridge needs
the right pen and needle.
The 4 mL cartridge is one component. A compatible disposable dual-chamber pen and compatible needle complete the setup. Both accessories are ordered separately from the 10-cartridge box.

Disposable dual-chamber pen
Match the pen to the cartridge format and specified device graduations. A standard reusable pen is not automatically compatible.

Compatible pen needles
The supplied example is marked 32G × 4 mm. Confirm the appropriate needle connection and specification for the matched pen before ordering.
These are the supplied reference photographs, with no product redesign. Accessory images do not establish device approval, validated sterility or universal compatibility.
THREE WAYS TO SUPPLY THE PRODUCT
How the formats differ.
A dual-chamber presentation pairs the powder and liquid inside one cartridge. It keeps the dry-storage stage while reducing separate measuring and transfer steps.
| What changes | Lyophilized vial | Dual-chamber cartridge | Premixed liquid pen |
|---|---|---|---|
| Before preparation | Dry peptide in a vial; diluent separate | Dry peptide and diluent in separate internal chambers | Peptide already dissolved |
| Manual handling | Separate diluent measuring and transfer are typically required | Internal combination through the matched cartridge system | No powder-to-solution preparation by the buyer |
| Storage state | Lyophilized until prepared | Lyophilized until activation | Solution throughout storage |
| Order configuration | Vials plus any separately supplied accessories | 10 cartridges per box; pen and needles ordered separately | Depends on the filled-liquid product |
Fewer external transfers
The diluent is already paired with the dry peptide. This removes the separate vial-to-container transfer step and reduces handling exposure. It does not by itself guarantee sterility or eliminate contamination risk.
Keep the peptide dry for storage
Lyophilized peptides generally have a storage-stability advantage over peptide solutions. Keeping the chambers separate preserves that dry stage until activation. Room-temperature limits still depend on the formulation and product label.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you
choose a format.
For laboratory research supply. This guide explains the presentation and procurement options, not human dosing or injection.
Is a pre-filled research pen always a premixed liquid?
No. Pre-filled describes an already loaded presentation. In this dual-chamber format, the peptide remains freeze-dried in one chamber and 1.8 mL of diluent is held separately in the other until activation. Ask which physical form is being quoted.
Does a 4 mL cartridge contain 4 mL of diluent?
No. 4 mL is the nominal cartridge size. This format is specified with 1.8 mL of diluent and a separate lyophilized peptide chamber. The nominal container size, diluent fill and peptide amount are different specifications.
Are the pen and needles included with the cartridges?
No. Cartridges are packed 10 per box. A compatible disposable dual-chamber pen and compatible needles are required and are ordered separately. Confirm the matched pen and needle configuration with the order.
How should the pen setting be checked?
Use the documentation for the exact cartridge and matched pen. Peptide content, diluent fill and device graduations must be checked together; dial markings are not automatically milligrams. This guide does not provide human dosing or injection instructions.
Can I request Retatrutide or GLOW pens with my brand packaging?
Send the product, peptide content per cartridge, number of boxes, destination and branding requirements. Specify cartridges, separately ordered pens and needles, labels and cartons so the product and packaging scope can be quoted together.
Which report should accompany a dual-chamber product order?
Request documentation for the filled dual-chamber product and the batch being quoted. A report for a separate lyophilized vial is not automatically evidence for a filled cartridge or its storage life.
WHOLESALE AND BRAND REQUESTS
Plan a pen-format order.
Send the peptide, mg per cartridge, number of boxes and destination. Add the separately ordered pens and needles, plus any label or carton requirements.
The peptide amount, 1.8 mL diluent fill and pen graduations must be checked together. Dial markings are not automatically milligrams; request the matched product documentation.
